"C'mon, Mom, let's go back to kid school!"

That's what my excited 3 year old shouted at me yesterday afternoon. Repeatedly.

Yesterday was his first day at The Preschool Place. He had attended a different 2 year old program last year, but as you may remember from an earlier blog post, that experience was very bad thanks to an ill-equipped teacher. But this new place seems like it's a perfect fit.

For starters, his teacher has a master's degree in special education. The aide is special ed certified, too. So children who have special needs don't phase them. They reported Connor did well on his first day. And he must have liked it, too, since he demanded to go back less than an hour after he had come home from there. It's a shame it's only 2 days a week, because I think he'd go there every day if I let him!
